If you find yourself in a relationship or situation in which you feel unsafe, there are a number of women’s and youth services available in Australia that can offer accommodation and support, counselling and domestic violence advice. The Domestic Violence Helpline is a telephone counselling service run by the NSW state government for people experiencing domestic violence, and can refer you to refuges, shelters and other resources.
