Foreman / Site Manager to work on residential renovations & extensions valued up to $2m The Company Residential builder specialising in large-scale renovations, extensions and additions. Their typical build values are between $1m and $2m, with the aim of securing larger project in the future. Build locations include Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Bondi, Mosman, Northbridge and Castle Hill. About The Role The Site Manager / Foreman will oversee and manage a job site from start to finish. Salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus super. Duties Site management of trades. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. WH&S. Work on the tools when required. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of managing residential projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
