Finance Team Leader

 

  • Are you an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager looking for a new opportunity?
  • Would you like the ability to lead a team and earn uncapped commissions?

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Automotive Business Manager to join our team at Cricks Maroochydore, which is a large multi franchised Dealership retailing Subaru, Mitsubishi, Skoda, Honda, Suzuki and used vehicles.  The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional, who has an exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the Finance & Insurance result from a designated department in the Dealership.
  • Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales. 
  • Achieving targets and KPI’s in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.
  • Accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Dealership finance team to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
  • Mentoring and training of the team.
  • Assisting in the training and development of Trainee Business Managers.
  • Management of rosters for RDO’s and annual leave.
  • Assisting with monthly F&I Audits and compliance monitoring.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Self-motivated and financially driven.
  • Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.
  • Prior experience leading and managing a team will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment. 
  • Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills. 
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • Confident computer skills.
  • Era and DealerCell experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
