The Autopact Business Development Centre now has an excellent opportunity for you to come and join a company that is making our mark on the industry with plans for future growth! Working in a dynamic team environment based at our Cricks Nambour dealership , we are seeking candidates who wants to grow and develop, offering long term career opportunities in a full-time capacity role. 

This role has the ability to earn $85k OTE per annum for the right candidate.

 

The Opportunity: 

In your role as a Call Centre Operator, you will be servicing both inbound and outbound calls and will be responsible for: 

  • Proactively contacting customers when their vehicles are due for service
  • Answering inbound calls with a strong focus on customer service
  • Responding to marketing & electronically generated enquiries
  • Maintaining current and accurate customer information
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
  • Administrative support including data administration & management

 

Our ideal candidate will possess the following: 

  • A strong customer service and/or call centre background is essential. 
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to actively engage customers over the phone
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Enthusiastic and adaptive team player
  • Phone sales experience preferred but not essential
