Exciting Opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant at Bayford Volkswagen Fairfield
We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team. If you are an experienced automotive sales professional looking for your next challenge, this is the role for you!
This is an opportunity to join an experienced, supportive and highly successful team who have a passion for selling cars and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting prospective customers with used vehicle enquiries.
- Achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
- Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Meeting various targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining the Showroom presentation.
- Assisting with the mentoring of Trainees.
What we are searching for:
- Proven background and sales experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Provisional or higher driver's license essential.
- The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
- Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- The ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
This role offers:
- On track earnings of $100k! (including commissions & bonuses)
- Company vehicle + fuel card!
- 10-day fortnight.
- No Sunday trading.
- Generous weekly RDO structure.
