The Bayford Group is a multi-franchise group comprising of Ford, Volkswagen, KIA & Nissan with a history of over 100 years of operation. We are looking for motivated and driven Parts Trainee to join our ever-expanding team. The Bayford Group is a part of the larger Autopact Group, which has 28 dealerships and 35 brands across the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. 

Based at our Campbellfield Distribution Centre or Moorabbin Office you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service primarily through the effective, accurate and timely interpretation of parts for both internal and external customers. You’ll be joining a team of highly experienced, skillful and customer focused group of people.
 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the Parts Department, providing parts to both internal and external customers.
• Promotion and sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
• Processing incoming orders and contributing to accurate inventory management.
• Identifying various parts and components accurately. 
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• No qualifications are required as full training will be provided.
• Keen interest in Automotive Engineering and/or Mechanics
• Competent computer skills
• Customer service orientated
• Great communicator 
• Attention to detail
• Well presented
• Quick leaner and show initiative
• Works well in a team environment 
• Dedicated, reliable and a strong work ethic
