We now have an opportunity for a  Parts Advisor to join our progressive multi-franchise dealership boosting all the big brands including Ford, Mitsubishi, KIA, Holden, GMSV, Renault, Peugeot & Citroen.

 Responsibilities will include:

• Promotion and retail sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
• Handling of parts sales and enquiries via phone, email and in-person service. 
• Efficiently processing customer orders and providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers. 
• Identifying and interpreting various parts and components accurately. 
• Invoice preparation, quoting and receipting of parts.
• Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
• Providing excellent customer service to our busy workshop by providing parts Interpretation for orders, quotes, ETA’s, and detailed product information and support
• Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to identify and source required parts in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Advisor is essential.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
• A sound knowledge of electronic parts catalogues & listings.
• Strong parts interpretation skills.
• Experience in the mechanical or parts field in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of safety & WHS requirements
• Current DMS provider is Pentana, knowledge of this system would be highly regarded. However, training would also be provided
• Exceptional Customer service skills
