Your Responsibilities Will Include:

???? Greeting and serving customers with a smile. 

???? Advising customers on vehicle updates and repairs. 

???? Coordinating daily service appointments like a pro. 

???? Upselling vehicle requirements and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. 

???? Booking appointments via email, phone, or face-to-face with efficiency.

 ???? Managing customer expectations and addressing concerns promptly.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

???? The ability to explain the value of services and repairs with enthusiasm. 

???? Strong teamwork and autonomy skills. 

???? A genuine care for both external and internal customers.

 ???? Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 

????? Previous experience with Era Power DMS (preferred). 

???? A passion for the automotive industry and a manual driver's license.
