An exciting opportunity exists for an Aftermarket Consultant to join our team. This is an opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team who have a passion for selling cars and providing exceptional service to our customers. In this role you will be specialising in providing Aftermarket and post-purchase care to our customers. 
 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Work with New & Used Car Salespersons, speak to all customers who have purchased a new or used vehicle to offer and sell to them aftermarket products which add value to the vehicle.
  • Explain to and provide all customers with the appropriate warranty documentation and any complimentary gifts/rewards.
  • Generate income for the dealership from the sale of Aftermarket products  (include but not limited to paint & interior protection, window tint, rust protection, windscreen coating, dash camera plus personalised plate sales).
  • Be highly organised & able to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Inspect and approve vehicles in respect of aftermarket items, prior to handover.
  • Act as the second point of contact for Sales Consultants when sales staff are unavailable to respond to customers’ enquiries.
  • Managing customer enquiries and follow ups on Aftermarket products and accessories. 
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs.
