A fantastic opportunity has become available for a performance driven, customer focused Service Advisor to join Rockhampton Mazda team and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You will need a proven customer service background and the drive to excel in a professional environment. Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving customers for the service department. 
  • Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing. 
  • Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently. 
  • Coordinating daily service appointments.
  • Accountability to meet individual and team targets.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis through excellent customer service.
  • Next day appointment preparation.
  • Effectively booking customers vehicle services in via email, phone or face-to-face.
  • Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop. 
  • Promptly invoicing customers.
  • Effectively address customer concerns.

Specific Skills required:

  • Must be able to consistently create a memorable customer experience.
  • The ability to explain the value of vehicle services and repairs.
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • A genuine care for external, and internal customers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong time management.
  • Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded).
  • Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Current drivers licence is mandatory.
