We’re dedicated to providing you with career opportunities through work that is rewarding and meaningful within the community Due to ongoing growth and increasing demand across both our Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services, we're looking for more passionate and caring Your Care Choice Home Support Workers to help clients continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. In this rewarding role, you'll provide a range of supports including high-quality domestic assistance, meal preparation, unaccompanied shopping, personal care, and respite care. You'll be working directly in clients' homes, with flexible roster arrangements to suit your lifestyle. To be considered for Domestic Support, you’ll need to have: Current First Aid and CPR certificate (must be kept up to date throughout your employment)Valid Working with Children CheckAbility to travel within our service delivery areaGood level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the roleCurrent Victorian Driver’s LicenceOwnership of a registered vehicle with minimum third-party insuranceSmartphone for work-related communicationThe ability to access and check emails using your own computerLatrobe Community Health Service complies with infectious disease control and immunisation requirements under legislation. This position is classified as a Health Care Worker A. Evidence of immunisation history and any mandated government vaccinations must be provided prior to confirmed appointment unless otherwise medically exempt (evidence of medical exemption must be supplied).
