About the role: The Workplace Ambassador acts as the welcoming face and key point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests at client’s office. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding front of house and receptionist services and for providing proactive support for workplace wellness initiatives, internal events, and the breakroom program. The role is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, working on site for a large tech client in central Sydney. Key Responsibilities Greet employees, visitors, and guests with a warm, professional manner Manage reception desk operations, including phone management, visitor management and badge issuance Organise receipt and deliveries of all mail and courier services Maintain appearance of the reception and lobby areas to ensure a clean and organised environment Address queries and provide assistance to employees and guests, liaising with facilities, IT, or security as needed Assist and educate client to achieve a smooth and efficient process for meeting room bookings Foster a sense of hospitality and create happiness at work for our client and their guests Assist the workplace team with creating and publishing communications and advertising for internal events and initiatives Assit the Workplace team with event organising/hosting coverage, when necessary.
