Workday Technical Consultant / Solutions Architect 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract About the Role We are implementing an HCM system across Kinetic and are seeking a Workday Solutions Designer / Technical Consultant to ensure successful implementations, optimizations, and continuous support. This role involves working on challenging projects, collaborating with professionals, and delivering exceptional business outcomes. What You Will Do Business Engagement Understand business requirements and processes Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Facilitate workshops and present solutions Solution Design & Configuration Translate requirements into Workday solutions Configure Workday modules based on best practices Document configurations and participate in testing Implementation & Deployment Support the full Workday lifecycle (planning, design, build, testing, deployment) Collaborate on integrations, data migration, and reporting Guide clients during UAT and post-go-live support Optimization & Support Identify process improvement opportunities Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting Assist with upgrades and new feature adoption Develop training materials What You Will Need Minimum 5 years in the Workday ecosystem Strong background in end-to-end Workday implementations Workday certification(s) preferred Experience with integration tools (e.g., Studio, EIB) and reporting Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Consulting background will be highly advantageous Functional knowledge and hands-on configuration of Workday modules Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively About us: At Kinetic, we don't just move people - we're creating the positive change our planet needs.
