About the Role We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate WHS Business Partner to help deliver our WHS and wellbeing strategy across residential aged care, home care, and retirement living services. You will play a key part in fostering physically safe and psychologically healthy environments for our employees, residents, and clients. From injury prevention and psychosocial risk management to reviewing safety systems and rolling out meaningful wellbeing programs, your work will have a lasting impact across our entire organisation. What You’ll Do Champion psychological health and lead wellbeing initiatives across the business Support leaders with psychosocial risk assessments and practical control measures Deliver engaging training on safety, mental health, and wellbeing practices Promote early intervention and support for both physical and psychological health Lead and support incident investigations and risk mitigation plans Contribute to the continuous improvement of WHS systems and reporting Build a positive culture of safety, trust, inclusion, and care About You You’re a confident communicator and a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of both WHS frameworks and human-centred wellbeing approaches. You’re skilled at balancing compliance and compassion, and you're motivated by helping others feel safe, supported, and empowered at work. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in WHS, Allied Health, Health Promotion or related field Experience in wellbeing, psychological health, and WHS in a complex care setting Strong understanding of WHS legislation and psychosocial risk management Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and incident investigation skills A genuine passion for creating positive, safe, and sustainable work environments Southern Cross Benefits!
