QMS/Project Coordinator – Castle Hill, NSW Join a leading national dredging & dewatering company Are you a detail-oriented HSEQ professional with strong project coordination skills? We are seeking an experienced QMS/Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Castle Hill, NSW. As a key member of our business, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our compliance and quality systems across national operations. About Us We are a specialist provider of dredging, dewatering, and environmental remediation services across Australia. Our company is known for delivering safe, sustainable, and innovative solutions across municipal, marine and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain our cloud-based Quality Management System (QMS) platform. Develop, issue, and upload Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and compliance documentation. Ensure company-wide HSEQ procedures are current and effectively implemented. Conduct internal and site audits, recording findings and driving improvements across safety, quality and environmental areas. Coordinate and support annual external ISO audits, ensuring readiness and compliance. Support project teams in meeting HSEQ deliverables and documentation requirements. Track and ensure all plant and equipment compliance schedules are maintained and current. Complete tender compliance schedules and collated HSEQ documentation for bid submissions. Assist with incident investigations and corrective action tracking when required. Manage onboarding for new team members, deliver company inductions and verify qualifications and compliance documents. Ensure current team have the appropriate licences, VOCs, certificates, and vaccinations required to perform the works. About You Strong understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality standards. Previous experience in a similar role within construction, dredging, or civil infrastructure sectors preferred. Familiarity with cloud-based compliance/QMS systems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator with strong documentation and reporting skills. Cert IV or Diploma in WHS or related field.
