Catering to major domestic home builders, private builders, and renovators, KI has positioned itself as a trusted name in the industry.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the director, the Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in handling materials. Key Responsibilities:The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the following:Check supplier order confirmations against purchase orders.Follow up with backorders from suppliers, updating ETAs, and communicating information to the Production team.Purchase materials based on job lists and ERP system trigger points.Update and maintain purchase order records, providing visibility to internal team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with local purchasing suppliers.Collaborate with the Production and Sales Teams to meet daily requirements.Update and maintain purchasing records, including pricing before receipting.Receipt daily orders and generate Production-specific reports.Liaise with the Store to ensure stock integrity.Conduct stock control, stock take, and transfer order control activities.Provide assistance to the Store team when required. Qualifications and Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Inventory control.Highly developed analytical and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent data entry skills.Exposure to ERP Systems (stock control, bill of materials, MRP, and Purchasing modules).Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and highly organised.Team player with the ability to work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.
