The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day costs and performance of our Global warehousing network. Planning and performance - across external partners to ensure the right performance management, delivery of SLAs, workforce / capacity planning, to ensure optimum customer experience.Key relationships with 3PLs to run the day-to-day operations.Key in keeping 3PLs accountable for upholding SLA, along with tracking performance.Escalating warehouse resourcing or process gaps We are looking for someone with extensive experience managing Global Warehouse Networks, as well as setting up and managing warehouse relationships. You will be able to demonstrate your experience improving processes and systems relating to warehouse management. In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing new partners and ensuring they meet agreed KPI's. You will be the point of contact in dealing with any stock discrepancies, stocktakes, inventory management, warehouse safety & SOP's, invoice/credit processing in Concur and solving discrepancy issues.
