Description Lead pre-season and in-season merchandise planning, including sales forecasts, inventory, margins, and markdowns. Partner with cross-functional teams (buying, finance, retail, supply chain) to align on commercial goals. Support new store openings with assortment planning, stock allocation, and performance tracking. Develop and enhance planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting models for greater accuracy and efficiency. Mentor and coach junior planners, fostering collaboration and building a high-performing team. Profile Bring strong experience in merchandise planning with proven ability to manage forecasts, margins, and inventory. Demonstrate analytical strength and commercial acumen, using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.
