Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless service flow Manage rostering, budgets, ordering, and stock control Implement and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and upselling Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety regulations
