The opportunity As a UX Content Specialist, you will support our digital channels (web, app, MOL, etc.) by delivering exceptional quality content to improve our members' experience and assist with the acquisition of new members. From general page copy to user-interface micro-copy, you'll collaborate across teams to create exceptional, useful content. Key Responsibilities: Create user-centric content with relevant teams to enhance digital experiences for UniSuper members and prospects. Work with Design and Service and Experience Design teams to create prototypes and wireframes for digital experiences. Facilitate the delivery of content (either through writing or reviewing), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and impact. Ensure the team follows the correct content approval process for our digital channels based on our agreed framework with Risk. Conduct content audits and apply analytics and user research to improve structure, clarity, and accessibility. Respond to analytics, insights, or research to optimize content. Ensure UniSuper content meets all compliance obligations, remains current, usable, and adheres to digital best practices and WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines. About you Strong knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework governing superannuation, funds management, or financial services. Strong editorial and writing skills. Background in simplifying technical or regulatory content for digital audiences. Ability to respond to research, usability testing, and analytics to improve experiences. Experience in delivering successful, data-driven UX content on apps and member portals. Knowledge and/or experience in superannuation, financial services, or the higher education sector. Knowledge of information architecture, content hierarchy, and how to structure content for optimal usability. Understanding of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency. Ability to operate strategically and tactfully, with strong stakeholder management skills. Understanding of Sitecore (or another CMS). Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, digital media, or similarly related fields.
