URGENT SALE – ORANGE INDOOR TENNIS CENTRE Orange NSW Central Tablelands is home to award-winning cool climate wineries, restaurants & scenery. 254 km west of Sydney, 280 km north of Canberra, it’s a ‘destination city’ for weekend getaways. Orange Indoor Tennis Club is a modern facility comprising of 5 Plexicushion courts with new LED lighting, large stylish off-court viewing area, pro-shop with kitchen facilities. No days are lost to rain, providing certainty of budgeting. The Club is seeking energetic Managers to take over under a licence agreement which is on a 5 5 basis. Due to ill health, we seek to transition to new Management as soon as possible. The Club currently offers various programs including: Hots Shots Talent Search Cardio Tennis Squads Adult coaching Private and semi-private lessons 3 night comps Social comps, School coaching Court hire Pickleball Children’s indoor play centre in winter months, Frequent weekend birthday party hire events. Medium-term plans are in place by the Club for expansion of the building, with a scope to increase activity, both within the centre and with local schools.
