This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth. This will be a permanent role on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster, BIBO from Perth or DIDO option available. About the role: Reporting to the Mine Foreman, this role works on a back to back roster and carries out the statutory duties and responsibility of an Underground Shift Supervisor. The Underground Shift Supervisor will be responsible for liaising with the mine operations teams and other departments to meet all safety, cost and production targets. About you: • Must hold WA Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a similar role. • Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations. • Strong communication skills, and ability to speak with all levels within the organisation. • Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements. • Current "C" class WA Drivers licence. • Excellent organisational skills. • Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team. • A solid work ethic and strong desire to do things safely and efficiently.
