About the Role Ready to dive into the exciting world of tax at a global tech company? We're looking for someone to help us navigate the ever-changing global transfer pricing landscape. You’ll have experience with both Australian transfer pricing and international tax concepts and are keen to expand your knowledge and skills within a commercial setting. You'll help drive all things inter-company, making sure we're always ahead of the game. This role will face some of the most dynamic challenges in transfer pricing and will have plenty of learning and growth opportunities. This role offers opportunities to contribute to the redesign of processes, automation of workflows, and contribute to strategic transfer pricing projects. What you’ll do: Working alongside the Senior TP Manager, your responsibilities will broadly include: Drive the quarter-end and year-end transfer pricing calculations process, including data collection and analysis. Assess and review inter-company pricing in line with DEMPE functions through fact-finding and business interviews. Take ownership of the management / preparation of the Canva Group global TP compliance obligations (including TP forms, notifications, Master File, Local Files, CbC Report), in collaboration with external advisors, to meet filing deadlines. Monitor evolving local and global TP requirements, and address impact to Canva. Support TP-related projects such as DEMPE analyses, audits, recharges, and functional reviews. Provide technical TP advice and guidance for key business initiatives, including drafting and delivering technical advice. Identify and implement improvements to TP processes, controls, and workflows, including technology and automation initiatives. What we're looking for 4-7 years of transfer pricing experience in a global company and / or accounting firm. Degree level qualification in a relevant field CA/CPA qualified or equivalent qualification Strong writing skills and business acumen with problem-solving creativity and commercial judgement Have a risk aware, but not risk averse approach. Highly organised with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within agreed deadlines Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Self motivated with a real desire to learn / dive into complex technical matters Experience working in a fast growing, ever-changing environment What's in it for you?
