We are seeking a Trades Assistant who has a passion for the manufacturing industry, thrives on the challenge of producing sophisticated products, and has the personality to work with a team to success. Your responsibilities: Ability to work alone and unsupervised Listen to instruction and perform tasks efficiently and independently Perform daily inventory and machine checks General housekeeping including using a ride on and walk behind industrial cleaner maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Liaise with supervisors to gather and organise materials coming in and out of the workshop Enter stock and use basic functions in the Matrix electronic tooling cabinet Abide by OH&S guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for all Mandatory: • Employment is subject to the provision of a satisfactory National Police Clearance The Person: Our successful applicant must be competent at driving a forklift and they must be able to communicate clearly. They must be able to work unsupervised and be a self-motivated team player.
