We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trades Assistant to join a thriving manufacturing company in North-West Sydney! Great long term opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency using hand and power tools, and a proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the assembly and fit-out of vehicle interiors and systems (cabinetry, joinery, shop fitting or related) Read and interpret technical drawings Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of finish and function Maintain a clean and organised work area Follow WH&S procedures and contribute to a safe workplace REQUIREMENTS Previous experience with high-quality assembly or production Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills Background in timber assembly, shop fitting, cabinet making or related Strong sense of safety in the workshop Able to work in a team and follow instruction BENEFITS Monday - Thursday 7:30am 4:40pm Early finish on Fridays - 12:40pm Overtime paid at penalty rates Long term and secure position with a thriving manufacturing company Support and upskilling provided HOW TO APPLY: Please send your resume highlighting your relevant experience.
