ABOUT THE POSITION: This Telecommunication Network Engineering Internship will allow you to explore a career in network design, infrastructure support, and systems engineering. You’ll contribute to dynamic projects, learn from skilled engineers, and enhance your technical and analytical capabilities. ABOUT YOU: You must: Be currently studying or recently graduated in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related discipline Have a basic understanding of LAN/WAN systems, network architecture, and security Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Be familiar with network simulation or monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, GNS3) Be available at least 3 days per week LEARNING OUTCOMES: During this internship, you may gain experience in: Designing, installing, and supporting computer and network systems Creating and optimizing network infrastructure in accordance with legal and industry standards Setting up, monitoring, and evaluating LANs, WANs, intranets, and internet systems Establishing secure and efficient office-to-office connections —locally and globally Modelling, planning, and analyzing complex networks using software or hardware solutions Conducting technical research and recommending suitable software/hardware solutions Identifying and resolving network vulnerabilities and security issues LOCATIONS: Internships available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
