For more information, visit: https://seadan.com.au SEADAN SEADANSECURITY MMSECURITY About the Role: Technical Support: Troubleshoot product issues, liaise with manufacturers, and assist with technical enquiries Sales & Customer Support: Leverage your technical expertise to recommend security solutions and build lasting customer relationships Problem Solving: Use whatever means necessary to identify root causes and implement effective, long-term solutions Product Knowledge & Training: Lead monthly training sessions and share product insights to keep the team and customers informed Location: Full-time role based in Mount Waverley, with Monday to Friday hours About You: Eager to Learn: Passionate about understanding how products work (and why they fail), with a relentless drive to find answers Curious and Analytical: You go beyond quick fixes, investigating root causes to develop long-term solutions Sales-Oriented: No sales experience? No problem!
