In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirementsSupport student engagement, attendance and outcomesMaintain teaching and compliance documentationParticipate in industry consultation and curriculum developmentProvide pastoral and academic support to studentsContribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and resourcesMentor and support entry-level teachers (L2 and L3 responsibilities) Skills And Experience Required Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills in landscapingCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)VET teaching experience, preferably in landscaping or related fieldsUnderstanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirementsStrong interpersonal, communication and ICT skillsAbility to design inclusive curriculum and adapt to diverse learner needs Additional Requirements Successful candidate will be required to provide: A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Police Check How To Apply For more information, view the Position Description (PD) by clicking the paperclip icon in the top right corner of this screen.
