In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes Maintain teaching and compliance documentation Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development Provide pastoral and academic support to students Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and resources Mentor and support entry-level teachers (L2 and L3 responsibilities) Skills and Experience Required Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills in landscaping Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) VET teaching experience, preferably in landscaping or related fields Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements Strong interpersonal, communication and ICT skills Ability to design inclusive curriculum and adapt to diverse learner needs Additional Requirements Successful candidate will be required to provide: A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) A National Police Check How to Apply Complete all pre-screening questions Upload your CV and cover letter (max. 2 pages) outlining how your skills, experience and personal attributes align with the Key Skills and Experience in the PD If applying for a teaching role , upload relevant qualifications File Requirements: Each file must be under 2MB PDF format is preferred (also accepts .doc or .docx) Avoid special characters in filenames (e.g. , ! @ % *) Selection Process Our process includes: An interview (in-person or via Microsoft Teams) Reference checks Employment and qualification verification Questions?
