Position purpose The Studio Manager is the leader of the studio and is responsible for the overall sales, client relations and operations. Works closely with artists & franchisee owner to coordinate required functions and to drive sales through great service, upsells & efficiency. Main tasks Build strong relationships with Franchisees, Studio Crew, Suppliers and Clients. Work with your team to drive daily sales and ensure inclusive and exceptional customer service is provided in every interaction. Uphold the compliance requirements of the studio including licensing and council regulations. Manage stock and inventory requirements including ordering and invoice follow up. Ensure national marketing campaigns are implemented and engaged with at your studio. Develop local area marketing plans to support new opportunities within your studio. Own the social media platforms to ensure quality and consistent content is being developed. Enforce national operating standards that align with the franchise business model. Drive & manage KPI’s within your team to improve category sales and achieve revenue targets. Ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training. Provide consistent check-ins, training plans, reviews & performance management. Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales, and engaging a team. Strong people management skills with the ability to influence and drive revenue performance. A background in a similar franchised business is an advantage Strong computer skills.
