Job Description Some of the duties include the following: Receive each guest call in a professional, friendly and timely manner. Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery to our guests. Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all hotel outlets, services, events and local experiences. Maintain an awareness of guest profile through Opera Cloud. Assist customers with reservation queries. Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls. Flexibility to assist the Front Office department with Guest Relations matters, i.e. preparing for VIP guest arrivals, anticipating guest needs, and communicating crucial information to all relevant hotel departments. Flexibility to support the Hotel Reception/Lobby, as required.
