About The Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Assistant to join our team in Pemulwuy. Reporting to the Supply Chain/IT Manager, this dynamic role supports non-battery procurement activities across the business. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and coordinating with external IT contractors. The main responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, will include: Create and manage purchase orders for goods and services. Monitor lease expirations, prepare documentation, and assist in lease negotiations and compliance. Coordinate new product development processes (PCRF). Support feasibility studies and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. Manage RAMCAR Club programs (promotions, purchasing, customer queries). Monitor business and IP registration compliance. Work closely with teams across product management, supply chain, sales, and external partners. Carry out additional tasks as directed by your manager, within your capability and scope. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply chain, procurement or logistics support role. Strong organization skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
