You'll step into a leadership role where your contribution makes a visible impact The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving sales performance & achieving store targets Leading, coaching & developing your team Managing stock levels and inventory Delivering operational excellence and compliance with company standards Creating a safe, positive, and customer-focused environment Inspiring your team to provide exceptional service every time About You We're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to motivate a team.
