They are now looking for an experienced Store Manager for their store located in the Stonnington region of Melbourne. Job description Responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving financial budgets, as well as maintaining the high-quality presentation and control-specifically but not limited to deli lines. Main tasks Core objectives include Leading, coaching and developing your team. Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices. Rostering staff and cost control, including wages Receiving all orders from the loading area and monitoring stock, including wastage, shrinkage and quality control Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display ensuring stock is rotated and kept fresh, merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh produce Packing-up store, which includes refrigerating stock and general cleaning. Maintaining excellent store presentation. Assisting with customer enquiries ensuring a high level of profesionalism is always observed. Assisting in all policy and procedures building monitoring and fine-tuning.
