We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our FoodWorks store in Albert Park. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, efficient team management, and strong business performance. You will play a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation while driving growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Train and supervise store staff Motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional service Store Operations Oversee day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance Implement merchandising plans and promotional activities Stock & Inventory Control Monitor stock levels and manage ordering processes Reduce waste and manage shrinkage effectively Ensure accurate stocktakes and inventory records Financial & Sales Management Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Manage budgets, expenses, and profit margins Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines Customer Service Lead by example in delivering friendly and efficient service Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role (supermarket experience preferred) Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage budgets and analyse sales data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems Ability to work core trading hours.
