About the role: As a n Admin istration Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks. This is a part-time role and flexibility to work day shift hours on both weekends and weekdays is so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. What’s involved: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner P er form general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. You are proactive and organised , with excellent communication skills. You’re a team player, who can adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, juggling multiple tasks, and contributing to a supportive and friendly team, we'd love to hear from you!
