Role Overview: As the Speech Pathologist Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of two clinicians, offering supervision, support, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for both a leadership position and a chance to still deliver quality paediatric therapy. You’ll manage a reduced caseload to focus on your team and your clients while being supported by a flexible, collaborative environment. The caseload will primarily involve paediatrics, with very few adult clients, and the role is designed to allow you to truly excel in both leadership and clinical delivery.
