Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist health care professionals and decision-makers. Provide product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Profile A successful Specialist Sales Representative should have: Minimum 2 year's experience in specialist or hospital sales. Medicines Australia Code of Conduct. Haematology/ Oncology selling experience (desirable). Strong knowledge and experience of haematology and oncology products or treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
