We’re a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands Your Role As a Specialist you will drive faster value delivery across IIA by standardizing and promoting effective ways of working. You will maintain and adapt these methodologies in alignment with Group and other divisions. Your role involves implementing best practice delivery models including agile and lean, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a high-performance culture to accelerate value creation through initiative delivery. The key responsibilities of this role will be: - Develop, implement, and maintain standardized ways of working across IIA, ensuring consistency and alignment with Group and other divisions through comprehensive documentation. Adapt and integrate external methodologies into IIA’s practices as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems. Support the implementation of fit-for-purpose delivery models including agile and lean that promote best practice business execution, ensuring they are practical, sustainable, and aligned with IIA’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively implement standardized methodologies. Regularly review and refine methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, working across various centers of excellence. This is a permanent full-time opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Australia. About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in working cross-functionally within a complex business environment. Proven experience in delivery and change management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of best practice business execution and delivery models. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt methodologies to different contexts. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and domains. Demonstrated experience in the general insurance industry with a strong understanding of all parts of the insurance value chain.
