What You Will Do We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role is pivotal in leading technical initiatives and driving successful automation programmes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Microsoft technologies and the ability to architect scalable, governable, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Architecture Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture solutions and enterprise application builds using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. Develop and maintain scalable environment strategies that ensure governability and compliance. Oversee the set-up, configuration, and support of automation programmes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Work closely with clients to identify their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Provide strategic guidance on best practices and environment strategy for utilisation of Microsoft products to maximise client outcomes. Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management. Solution Development and Innovation Design and occasionally develop applications in the Microsoft Power Platform product stack. Leverage Microsoft Azure services, data connectors, and AI tools to build robust and intelligent solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies to continuously improve solution offerings. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure adherence to software development best practices and promote a culture of excellence. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. What You Will Bring Technical Proficiency Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Pages. Experience with data connectors and storage platforms such as Dataverse. Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AI, and Azure DevOps. Strong background in software development, with expertise in .NET, C#, Python, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with data integration and management tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Professional Experience 3 years architecting and delivering complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end automation projects. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure and AI are highly desirable. Preferred Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire project teams. Proven experience in process improvement and optimisation.
