Due to a large portfolio of work we are looking for a Solutions Architect with Core Loyalty experience to join the team. The role is an initial 6 month contract with the strong likelihood of extension for the right person. As a Core Loyalty Solutions Architect you will be working extensively on the loyalty ecosystem to ensure a cohesive network of products, services and touchpoints that will enhance customer experience and brand engagement. Overview Working with a supremely talented loyalty management team from across the Business, Vendors and IT this high-profile role will lead the development of innovative loyalty propositions, backed by data, customer research and market trends. You’ll be responsible for creating a holistic solution reviewing tier management, designing new offers/ experiences and aligning loyalty efforts with broader business, vendor and customer goals. You will also be working alongside a collaborative team of managers, experience designers, insights partners and senior commercial leads, all focused on redefining what great looks like in the loyalty space. What You’ll Do Lead the design and strategy of new loyalty propositions that drive acquisition, engagement and retention Use data, insights and customer research to uncover member needs and identify emerging opportunities Set the long-term roadmap for the loyalty program in line with customer segmentation and business priorities Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial and data teams to bring propositions to life Present strategy and updates to senior executives, with strong exposure and visibility across the business Foster a culture of test-and-learn, customer obsession and innovation within the team About You This role will suit an architect with a passion for shaping an iconic product. It’s taking a new loyalty management system and working with the business and vendor to shape it into a best of breed solution. You will ideally possess Proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design, or customer strategy Experience working on loyalty products such as Salesforce, Eagle Eye & Mastercard to implement an outstanding ecosystem Strong strategic and commercial acumen – able to link insight with action Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills Strong leadership and influencing capability – comfortable with senior visibility A passion for understanding customer needs and market trends. This is working across Omni-channel solutions.
