About the role As part of the software test team, you'll be responsible for creating test scripts, managing automated test runs, and delivering comprehensive test results. What you’ll do: Thoroughly test firmware across all layers of the IoT stack Develop efficient Python scripts for testing and result reporting, ensuring that test scripts and documentation are properly maintained Providing strategic QA/testing insights Who you are: At least 2 years of firmware testing experience in the electronics/communications industry Deep experience with Software Testing Life Cycle and related artifacts Expert-level Python knowledge and its application in test systems Excellence in verbal and written communication, with great attention to detail in issue documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and escalate critical issues Experienced in test planning, scenario creation, script writing, and bug reporting
