They have projects requiring a supervisor in the southwest. Working in an experienced team and under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing up to 20 - 22 homes. The Role Supervise the build of 20 - 22 new homes out west Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads Manage labour and trades both direct and sub-contractors Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance Resolve any problems The requirements: At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role A solid background within residential construction Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally Cert IV in Building and Construction is a must Previous experience managing multiple sites Previous experience working for a project home builder Excellent communication and time management skills Must have a valid driver's license Benefits: You will be working under the leadership of a highly respected and experienced Construction Manager who has been in the industry for over 20 years and who has run this department for over 5 years Well-developed and organised software systems and databases for coordinating projects from site Strong project pipeline that ensures long-term work Growing business that will enable you to progress your career into higher level roles Stand-out office culture with friendly and supportive staff where you can interact with all management and peers Local work to the southwest Sydney areas Unrestricted use with the company vehicle Reputable brand with strong sales coming through their display homes If you feel your experience matches the person specification please contact Anca Marinescu on 02 9376 8200 or click apply.
