Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week Job description The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organised Site Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the production of exhibition stands from concept to completion. You will work collaboratively with our in-house team and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Responsibilities: Oversee the production of exhibition stands, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with client specifications. Manage and coordinate a small team of builders and contractors. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and expectations. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Supervise installations on-site, sometimes requiring weekend or out-of-hours work. Maintain a safe and organised work environment. Requirements: Proven experience in project management or site management, preferably in exhibitions, events, or construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. A team player with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard hours as needed. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of construction techniques and materials is advantageous. Based in or able to commute to Cromer, Northern Beaches.
