Site Manager – $100M High-Rise Residential Project About the Opportunity MPL Group is exclusively representing a respected Tier 2 builder on a $100M Class 2 high-rise residential development in Sydney's inner-western suburbs . We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of this complex, multi-stage project. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong pipeline, supportive leadership, and a reputation for delivering quality outcomes across Sydney’s built environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure program milestones are met Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards Liaise with consultants, engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and delivery excellence About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential projects (Class 2) Strong understanding of structural sequencing and construction methodology Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage program, quality, and safety simultaneously Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to lead a flagship project with a respected builder Long-term pipeline of work across Sydney Supportive and collaborative project team Apply Now.
