With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to take the lead on complex, high-quality builds. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Oversee daily site operations on commercial construction projects Manage subcontractors, site teams, and construction schedules Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and building regulations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects Maintain progress against timelines and budgets Drive quality assurance and best site practices About You Along with a strong work ethic and a solid background in commercial construction you'll have/be: 10 years of proven site management experience Hands-on experience in: Multi-level concrete structures Basement construction Precast concrete installation Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong commitment to safety and quality How to Apply If you feel that this is the next step for you, please apply via SEEK today.
