The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Primary Electrical Engineer to join our large and multidisciplinary engineering team across NSW and QLD. You will hold both technical and supervisory responsibilities for developing high-quality designs for primary high-voltage (HV) systems. You will support Principal Engineers and develop designs related to HV systems, including cable rating, load flow, insulation coordination, earthing, and lightning protection studies. Joining our in-house Design & Engineering Team, consisting of over 170 highly experienced professionals, you will provide excellence in primary, civil, structural, and site services engineering, whether carried out internally by CPP or externally by consultants. Bringing your experience with HV systems, you will be an integral part of our team and contribute significantly to the success of various flagship projects CPP has secured. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent Demonstrated experience in a similar role in the HV electrical industry Expertise in substation design and/or utility grid connections Strong knowledge of Australian industry standards High-level communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
