Symmetry HR is recruiting for a Shift Machine Operator role based in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate pharmaceutical production machines such as tablet compressors, coating, capsulation, mixing, and gummy equipment Set up, calibrate, and prepare machines for production runs Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Conduct quality control checks ensuring compliance with GMP standards Perform routine maintenance including cleaning and part replacement Maintain accurate production and maintenance records Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory guidelines (TGA, FDA, GMP) Requirements: Certificate or diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years experience in machine operation within pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing Knowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory standards Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Clean driving licence preferred If you are committed to quality and safety and want to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, apply today through Symmetry HR.
