6-month fixed term contract, interview and start ASAP Work on an enterprise SharePoint migration project Conveniently located in Melbourne CBD with hybrid working arrangement We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to join an independent financial services authority for the state government. The successful candidate will leverage their existing SharePoint experience to contribute to this wider migration project across the business. Requirements: Translate business needs into functional specifications and contribute to solution design Collaborate with technical teams and SMEs to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly Conduct business process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between project objectives and organisational priorities. Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance and reduce impacts Skills and experience we are looking for: 5 years proven experience working as a SharePoint SME, Consultant, Engineer, or System Administrator ideally across migration projects Solid understanding of SharePoint out-of-the-box features, with hands-on experience in design and customization Demonstrated experience with API integration. Ability to manage tasks across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and work in Agile/ITIL environments. Familiarity with management tools like JIRA. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills is a must Strong technical documentation skills.
