About The Role As Service Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and volunteers. You’ll foster a culture of compassion, safety, and innovation while overseeing the daily operations of the facility. Key Responsibilities Include Driving high-quality clinical care and lifestyle programs that exceed resident expectationsEnsuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with accreditation standardsManaging budgets and resources to support long-term sustainabilityBuilding strong community relationships to enhance occupancy and reputation About You You are an experienced Service manager with a background in residential aged care and have managed large teams of 170 staff. You have a strong understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation and complaints management. You’ll Also Have AHPRA registration or postgraduate qualifications in health/business administration5 years’ post-grad experience, including recent aged care or health management rolesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsA passion for continuous improvement and alignment with our mission and valuesRequired checks: National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening, Driver’s Licence, Insolvency Check Why Join Us?
